Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with World Brands. We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as efficiently as possible. We work with trusted local and international carriers to ensure your purchases reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order, as it contains important information about delivery timelines, costs, responsibilities, and circumstances that may affect your shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed and verified. Please note that orders placed on weekends or Saudi public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier's system after your order has been dispatched.

We kindly ask that you double-check all shipping information before completing your purchase. World Brands is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided address. If you realize an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at care@worldbrands.co and we will do our best to accommodate the change before dispatch.

Local Shipping (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

We deliver across the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Sunday to Thursday, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Riyadh (Capital Region)

·        Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 business days

·        Express Delivery: Within 24 hours

Major Cities (Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Khobar, Tabuk, Abha, and surrounding metropolitan areas)

·        Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days

·        Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Small Cities, Remote and Rural Areas

·        Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days

·        Express Delivery: 4 to 7 business days

Please note the following for local deliveries:

·        Express delivery within 24 hours in Riyadh is subject to order being placed before 12:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day

·        Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time depending on carrier coverage and road accessibility in your region

·        If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make up to two additional attempts before returning the package to us

·        In the event of a failed delivery and return, re-shipping charges will apply

·        A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders

·        If you are unsure whether your area falls under major city or remote delivery, please contact us at care@worldbrands.co before placing your order

GCC Shipping (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)

We proudly ship across all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. All GCC shipments may be subject to local customs procedures, and any applicable customs duties, import fees, or local taxes upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance timelines, which are outside of our control.

UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman

·        Standard Delivery: 6 to 10 business days

Please note the following for GCC deliveries:

·        We recommend checking your country's customs regulations and any applicable import restrictions before placing your order

·        World Brands is not responsible for items held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities

·        Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged in the destination country are the customer's sole responsibility and are non-refundable

·        In the event an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original discounted or paid shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund and re-shipping charges will apply

International Shipping (Rest of World)

World Brands ships to destinations worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes, all of which are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order, as some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain destinations.

Middle East (Non-GCC)

Europe

Please note the following for international deliveries:

·        DHL Express delivery estimates are subject to customs clearance in the destination country, which may add additional time beyond the 7 business day window

·        All delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement

·        International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays in the destination country, and carrier capacity

·        World Brands does not have any control over customs processing times, and delays caused by customs authorities are not within our responsibility

·        In the event an order is refused or returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed customs clearance, the original discounted or paid shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund and a re-shipping fee will apply

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted local and international carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently, including but not limited to Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and SMSA Express. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

In some cases, your shipment may be handed over to a local carrier in the destination country for last-mile delivery. World Brands selects carriers based on reliability, speed, and coverage, and we continuously review our carrier partnerships to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time directly through the assigned carrier's website or app. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active and visible on the carrier's platform.

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact our care team at care@worldbrands.co and we will investigate on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Please note the following:

·        Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer

·        These additional charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely outside of World Brands' control

·        Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or refused delivery

·        Free shipping promotions, where applicable, apply only to the base shipping cost and do not cover customs duties or import taxes

Important Notice on Refused or Returned Orders: If your order is refused at delivery, returned due to non-acceptance, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed customs clearance, the original discounted or paid shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. This covers the cost of shipping your order to the destination and, where applicable, the cost of returning it to us. The remaining balance, after deduction of all applicable shipping, handling, customs, and return fees, will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of the returned item being received and inspected by our team.

Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

World Brands shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays, disruptions, losses, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

·        Wars, armed conflicts, military operations, or civil unrest in the origin or destination country

·        Natural disasters, including earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, or other severe weather conditions

·        Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or government-mandated lockdowns

·        Government-imposed restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, or border closures

·        Carrier strikes, labor disputes, port congestion, or logistics infrastructure failures

·        Cyber attacks, system outages, or critical technology failures affecting carrier networks

·        Acts of terrorism or sabotage affecting transport routes or carrier operations

·        Any other event or circumstance that constitutes force majeure under applicable law

In the event of a force majeure situation, World Brands will make every reasonable effort to communicate with affected customers, provide updates as information becomes available, and work toward finding a suitable resolution. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines during such events and will not be liable for any resulting delays, losses, or damages.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, World Brands has no control over how items are handled during transit. In the event your order arrives damaged, we want to assure you that we will do everything we can to support you, however we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim as this is entirely subject to the carrier's investigation process and policies.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@worldbrands.co with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its original packaging. Our team will open a claim ticket with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process. Please note that claim outcomes are determined solely by the carrier and are outside of World Brands' control. We will advocate on your behalf to the best of our ability, but we are unable to guarantee a replacement, refund, or compensation as a result of a carrier claim.

Protect Your Order with Shipping Insurance: For orders valued at $500 or above, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance at checkout. For only 2% of your total order value, your shipment will be fully covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit — giving you complete peace of mind. Insurance requests must be made at the time of placing your order and cannot be added after dispatch. To inquire about insuring your order, please contact us at care@worldbrands.co before completing your purchase.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building reception, or any secure delivery locations at your address. If the item still cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for investigation with the carrier.
