Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We want you to love what you ordered if something isn't right, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unopened, and unused with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, reach out to our care team at care@worldbrands.co. Returns will only be accepted after receiving written approval from our care team. Once approved, the return address will be shared with you directly. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
⚠️ Important Notice on Opened or Worn Items
Any item that has been opened, worn, used, or returned without its original tags will not be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances. For hygiene and safety reasons, such items cannot be resold or restocked, and will be disposed of upon receipt. No exceptions will be made.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@worldbrands.co so we can assess the situation and make it right for you.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, for hygiene and safety reasons:

⚠️ Sale Items — All Sales Are Final
All sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to get what you're looking for is to return your eligible item and, once the return is approved, place a new separate order at your convenience.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status promptly. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval, at no additional charge.
📦 Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, please ensure the item is shipped and valid tracking details are shared with us within 7 days. If we do not receive a tracking number within this window, the return request will be automatically cancelled and the refund will no longer be applicable.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note that taxes and duties from both the origin and destination countries are non-refundable. If you need assistance arranging your shipment, don't hesitate to get in touch — we're happy to guide you through the process.
🏦 Bank Processing Times: Please keep in mind that once your refund is issued from our end, your bank or card provider may take up to 60 days to reflect the amount in your account, depending on your financial institution. This is outside of our control, but we assure you the refund will be on its way. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with your bank directly — and of course, we're always here if you need a confirmation from our side.
